Best Fast Convenience Food Choices - Boston Market

My second installment of the best diabetic friendly choices for eating at your favorite fast food establishment (only in an emergency, right?).

This time I am highlighting Boston Market.

Since their specialty is chicken, most of their individual meals are pretty friendly, but watch out for the meatloaf and pot pies.

While most of the poultry has zero-to-one gram of carbs, I rated them by their Total Fat Stat. After the meat, I will list the sides, the sauces and the sandwiches by total carbohydrates.
