My new favorite thing to do to beer can chicken is to inject it with a marinade.
Actually I grilled the corn last night and cut it off the cobs. I wanted to try to make a corn pudding today.
I used the America's Test Kitchen recipe and it turned out pretty good. I added some scallions, sun-dried tomatoes and cheddar cheese.
The Nudge talked me into making chocolate cookies so when we retired for the night, somehow a few cookies found their way into the bedroom.....I wonder how that happened????
